Annie Watson (she/her) is a systems thinker who brings over 15 years of early childhood experience to her role as a Director at School Readiness Consulting (SRC). At SRC, Annie provides technical assistance and strategic planning support to public, private, and non-profit organizations working to advance early childhood policies, investments, and systems-building efforts. From shaping early childhood investment strategies to elevating pedagogical standards and refining teacher preparation pathways, Annie's strategic advising encompasses the breadth of the early childhood field.

Formerly, Annie served as the Director of Early Education and Parent Success at Turn the Page KC, a collective impact organization where she focused her efforts on increasing diversity and inclusion in Kansas City’s public school libraries, equitable access to early childhood education, and supporting parent leaders to engage in participatory democracy. Outside of work, Annie can often be found hiking with her husband and four children, nurturing parent leaders, or trying to find the bottom of the laundry pile.
